Phil London
Managing Principal
Phil London is a Managing Director in the firm of Provident Financial Management, LLC. He is also currently the Managing Partner of London & Co., LLP where his expertise is in auditing. He is a CPA and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California (1979). He is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to joining the firm in January 2022 as well as at London & Co., LLP and London & Co., an Accountancy Corporation, Mr. London had served as managing partner at Caldwell & Lewinson and London & Lichtenberg going back to 1978. He has over 50 years of experience. Mr. London graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1971.

Mr. London lives in Santa Monica with his wife Shelley and enjoys traveling and golfing.
Nicholas Brown
Managing Director
Nicholas qualified in London, England as a Chartered Accountant in the 1970’s working with an entertainment-based firm of accountants, which is how he developed an affinity for primarily managing musicians.
In the mid-80s he had the fortune to be touring with some of the major American performers throughout Europe, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Asia. These included Michael Jackson, George Michael, ELO, Bob Dylan, and Neil Diamond.
He opened an office in London in the early 80’s and was there for a decade building up a very successful practice starting from scratch and eventually having over 50 employees.
He returned to LA in the early 90’s as a couple of his British bands relocated out here and asked him to move to handle their business management requirements. Since then, he has developed a successful practice of American bands, producers, engineers, mixers along with numerous British touring acts.
He currently works with London & Co/Provident Financial Management and is proud to be a Partner of this practice.
He is a very hands-on business manager. He loves what he does for his clients as being of service to them is an integral feature of his daily practice. He has several clients he has represented for 20+ years, it is his honor to be there to support them wherever they need him to.
On a personal front, he now resides in Montecito/Santa Barbara. He is committed to serving his community and is on several non-profit boards accomplishing those projectives.
He graduated at the University of Santa Monica in 2010 completing a 2 year, Masters level course in Spiritual Psychology which has added another dimension into his interpersonal skills, which supports him in understanding the emotional and mental characteristics of creative musicians.
Nicholas is an avid daily runner on the beaches of Montecito.
He is extremely fit, necessary to handle all of the daily demands that his work/life brings to him. His wife Gabriella is an extraordinary lady who he is blessed to have as his partner in life.
The foundation of his practice with all of his clients has been based upon authenticity, integrity, caring, and being there for them whenever they need him.
