Bookkeeper:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years bookkeeping experience and must be familiar with general ledger analysis and financial statement preparation. Knowledge of Datafaction and imaging are preferred but not required. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, bank reconciliation, payroll and research. The Bookkeeper position works closely within a team in a fast paced work environment, and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills must also include proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Account Manager:
We are looking for a talented and focused full time Account Manager with a strong financial background, excellent technical skills and years of supervision and training experience to work in our Santa Monica office.
The prime candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the primary responsibilities include proactively communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction, responsible for day to day management of client matters, supervision and training staff, management of special projects, general ledger review, budget preparation and analysis, and the overall supervision and review of the bookkeeping and bill paying process.
You will report directly to one of the firm’s Managing Directors. Our team structure requires our Account Managers to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills must include proficiency in Datafaction, Datafaction Imaging, Word and Excel. The successful candidate must be able to handle all processes within the Datafaction system including Division and Accrual accounting with little or no direct supervision.
