As a graduate of UCLA, she had many opportunities and this position with Provident allowed her to venture into the world of Entertainment Accounting. She has never looked back. From these early beginnings with the firm, she has held more positions than anyone else. From Bookkeeper, to Account Manager to Human Resources, to scheduling, interviewing prospective candidates, counseling and training employees, internal auditing, evaluating the firm’s systems/controls, and working directly with Managing Directors along her career path – she has done it all. Debbie has balanced work/life these past few decades, as she received promotions over the years while raising three children with her husband of 32 years and staying active in their school and sports activities.
